My career journey, spanning over 20 years, has ultimately led me back to my greatest passion: transforming organizational capability through effective learning and development. I am a seasoned professional who seamlessly blends deep technical acumen and rigorous project management with a strategic focus on enablement, and I am actively seeking a learning leadership role where I can build and scale a function that enhances individual careers and drives tangible business results.

My Enablement Philosophy: Empowering People, Driving Business
My career journey has led me to the conviction that equipping people with new skills is the single most powerful way to drive both organizational growth and enhance individual potential and fulfillment. I build programs based on the belief that when learning increases a person’s capability and career trajectory, the employer inherently reaps the reward. This approach cultivates a truly empowered and high-performing workforce.
My methodology is characterized by three core pillars:
- Project Management Discipline: Every learning initiative, from a new curriculum pathway to an LMS implementation, is executed as a formal, managed project. I specialize in governance, stakeholder alignment, and critical tracking necessary to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Data-Informed Strategy: I utilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools to move beyond simple metrics, measuring training effectiveness and ensuring content investment directly correlates with field readiness and GTM success.
- Technical Fluency: For much of my career, I moved between hands on technical work and training focused roles related to the hands on work I did with that technology. I possess deep, proven experience translating highly complex technical concepts (cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, BI systems) into scalable, easy-to-digest learning experiences for technical audiences (Sales Engineers, Technical Consultants).
Scope and Impact: Executive Program Leadership
My experience demonstrates consistent leadership across major organizational enablement challenges:
LMS & Platform Governance (City of New Orleans & Forcepoint)
- Spearheaded the successful implementation of an enterprise-wide LMS, managing the full project lifecycle from vendor selection through deployment, emphasizing user adoption and system integration.
- Served as an LMS Administrator (Thought Industries, Cornerstone SBX, Litmos, and others), responsible for platform governance, compliance tracking, curriculum management, and ensuring optimal user experience across global audiences.
Technical Enablement & Cybersecurity (Forcepoint)
- Orchestrated the global technical readiness strategy for internal field personnel and external partners for cloud-based cybersecurity products (SASE).
- Drove a critical knowledge transfer program, partnering directly with Product and Engineering leadership to establish training requirements and define content for new product releases.
- Managed the end-to-end curriculum portfolio, including design, creation, and deployment of mandatory certification pathways and SCORM-compliant e-learning modules.
Program Management & Executive Oversight
- Led and managed a national team of data analysts (distributed across four time zones) responsible for operational and analytical reporting that supported over $500 million in annual revenue (American Cancer Society).
- Contributed to the revamp of PMO governance and standards at the municipal level, improving overall project management effectiveness and organizational efficiency.
- Built and scaled a consultancy’s training businessfrom the ground up, establishing the firm’s service line, creating state of the art classrooms, creating GTM strategy, and pioneering the use of virtual training as an SAP Authorized Trainer.
